These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShikshaPilot website (shikshapilot.in), institute ERP platform, APIs, desktop application, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by ShikshaPilot.in ("ShikshaPilot", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Services only for lawful institute operations and education management. You must not:
Academic, financial, attendance, transport, and other operational data entered by an institute generally belongs to that institute. ShikshaPilot processes such data only to provide, secure, and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans, renewals, and billing terms are agreed between the institute and ShikshaPilot or its authorized partner. Trial access may be limited in features, duration, or user count. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund rules.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet outages, third-party map/SMS providers, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruption. We may update features, APIs, or supported devices with reasonable notice when practical.
ShikshaPilot software, branding, website content, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Institutes receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during an active subscription. You may not copy, resell, or white-label the platform except under a written partner agreement.
The Services may integrate maps, payment gateways, SMS/email providers, cloud hosting, analytics, or advertising networks. Their use may be subject to separate third-party terms. ShikshaPilot is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Please also read our Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShikshaPilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the institute for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement. Institutes may request account closure according to the refund/cancellation policy. Certain data may be retained as required by law or institute records policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Aurangabad, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
