Delete Account

This page explains how users of the ShikshaPilot mobile app can request deletion of their login account. Institute ERP records (marks, fees, attendance, etc.) are managed by your school/college and may be retained according to institute policy.

1. Who can use this

Students, staff, drivers, and other mobile app users with an active ShikshaPilot login created by their institute.

2. How to delete from the app

1. Open the ShikshaPilot mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile or Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account or contact your institute admin if the option is not visible.
4. Confirm deletion. Your mobile login will be deactivated.

3. How to request by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@shikshapilot.in from your registered email address (if available) with:

• Your full name
• Institute name and institute code
• Login ID / mobile number used in the app
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We may verify your identity with the institute before processing the request.

4. What is deleted

• Mobile app login access and authentication tokens
• Linked user profile used only for app sign-in, where applicable

5. What may be retained

Academic, attendance, fee, and transport records stored by your institute are not automatically deleted and may be kept as required by the institute or law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7–15 business days after verification.
